But with our new investment into our new automated monitoring system and web based dashboard we’ve taken the leg work out of keeping an eye on your systems and are able to reflect that in the price - for just $150 per month we are able to keep an eye on your server. Plus you can even access the dashboard yourself and see the status at any time. As well as server monitoring, we can perform key checks on your workstation computers for just $10 per month per PC.
Depending on your requirements you can receive Monthly, Weekly or even Daily status reports delivered to your inbox so you can see at any point how healthy your systems are. Of course we read the same reports and will raise any issues with you pro-actively – after all, that’s our job. Drop us an email or ring for a tailored quote. We can add or reduce checks, include onsite or remote support hours at discounted rates, month by month plans and discounts for 6 or 12 month contracts. We're very flexible. What can we cover? 24x7 Round-the-Clock Checks These checks run every 5 or 15 minutes and alert us instantly to critical issues on your systems.
Windows Service Monitoring – Checks any/all Windows services.
Disk Space Check – Alerts you if it rises above a set threshold.
TCP Port Monitoring – Monitors any TCP ports at the ISP or on the server.
PING Checks – Checks status of network devices, remote offices or remote devices.
Website Check – Ensures client sites are working properly.
SNMP Checks inc. RAID Array Checks – Configure any SNMP check. Pre-configured RAID health-checks.
Server Performance Monitoring Checks – Processor Utilisation Check, Processor Queue Length Check, Network Interface Utilisation Check and Physical Disk Check.
Bandwidth Check – Get alerted to high usage.
Daily Safety Checks These checks form the basis of a ‘Daily Health Check Service’. They run once-a-day and spot small problems which – while not affecting your ability to work right now – could turn into big disasters if left unattended.
Daily Backup Check – Alerts to problems on Backup jobs.
Daily Anti-Virus Check – Alerts if AV pattern files are out-of date.
Exchange Information Store Size Check – Alerts if the Information Store (this is the system that stores all your staff email) exceeds your set limit.
Disk Growth Rate Check – Alerts if growth rates exceed your limit in a 24-hour period.
Critical Event Checks – Reports critical events across all clients on one single easy-to-read report. And you can filter for ‘not- so-critical’ events too.
Disk Health Check – Checks smart disk alerts and warns if disks are failing.
Hacker Check – Alerts you to unauthorised access attempts to client systems.
Optional Workstation Health Checks Get proactive alerts on important issues like AV, disk space, disk health, Windows services and event logs.
Asset Tracking View all your hardware and software assets through your Dashboard. Print Inventory Reports, Change Reports, Software License Reports and more. Our Asset Tracking feature is priced per computer – server, workstation or notebook.
