Remote Support PDF Print E-mail

We offer remote support direct to your PC desktop.  By following the instructions below we can connect to your PC and see what you are looking at on the screen and guide you through the solution.

To take advantage of this service you need to have a working internet connection and phone our office to arrange for a technician to help.   Call 07 53093379 to make an appointment.

(Please note there is no security risk with this software.  We are only able to connect when you permit, when you specifically run this tool.  Closing the tool disconnects us and we cannot re-connect without you running the tool again. )

1.  Download the Remote Support Agent

We can email this to you or you can download the file by clicking this link .

2.  Extract the RemoteSupportAgent.exe file to your desktop by opening the zip file you just downloaded.

3.  Run/Open the Remote Support Agent 

On Vista you may then need to click the Allow button  after double-clicking the agent

4.  You should then see a window similar to this:

Advise the N-Tech technician that you are ready to connect.

5.  That's it!   When you are finished simply close the window to terminate the connection.
